If you scroll down to the bottom of the menu, there will be an Allergy-Friendly section that identifies which allergens the dish is free from! I quickly learned to utilize this menu to find choices that I could eat. Simply enter in where you will be dining and select the menu. While it always pays to be prepared, sometimes plans can change! Luckily Disney makes finding allergy-friendly options easy with the My Disney Experience App. By having a few places picked out ahead of time, you can plan your day around one or two areas where you know you will be able to eat. I recommend doing some research before you go so you have a list of places on hand to choose from – there are so many options available at Disney World that the choices can be overwhelming.
